In a traditionally slow sales month, our winery aimed to increase engagement, drive sales, and strengthen relationships with our wine club members by creating a VIP experience. I took the lead in designing and implementing this three-day event by partnering with two other wineries to offer an exclusive weekend for members. I coordinated logistics to ensure a seamless experience across the locations and optimized sales strategies by offering bundled packages, exclusive tastings, and limited-release wines, while also tracking guest preferences to personalize their visits. This approach led to a boost in foot traffic, a 39.26% rise in sales, and an increase in customer satisfaction, providing our club members with more VIP experiences. As a result, our winery’s visibility and appeal improved significantly, transforming a slow month into a more profitable one.
